Geometry of a fundamentalist
This exhibition took place in 2011 at Lopdell house in Titirangi, Auckland and what is now Te Uru Waitakere Contemporary Gallery.
The exhibition was in association with the late Peter Siddell. It proved to be an excellent opportunity to exhibit my work alongside one of New Zealand's most iconic painters.
Over a three month period I produced four relief sculptures and one free standing sculpture in a variety of media, predominantly alluminium. The space did not seem to call for more works and the free standing sculpture was able to tie in the works on the walls.
It was an interesting experience to work with a public gallery for the first time.
